      Shipping Information

      Orders made before 11:59AM central time will be sent out the same day to our postal services and will generally take 1-3 business days. Orders made after 12PM noon will be sent out the following operating day. Please allow for processing times for both our fulfillment teams (1 business day) as well as our postal service's (1 business day). The average wait time for an order to be out for delivery is 2 business days

      Once and order is made and confirmed by our fulfillment team, an email or SNS message will be sent with proper tracking codes. If you have not received an email or SNS message, please email us at support@jennybs.com with the subject "Order# ____ Tracking". 

      Please feel free to email us at support@jennybs.com with any questions about your order such as Order status, Order modifications, Shipping, Returns, etc and we will try our best to assist you.

      Returns and Refunds

      Returns and refunds may be made until 14 days after your order has arrived. If 15 days or more has passed, your order is ineligible for a refund/return.

      Please email us at support@jennybs.com with the subject "Order# (your order number here) return/refund" 

      Please note that the products in your order must be:

      - Unopened

      - Undamaged

      - Unused 

      - in the original packaging

      You will be responsible for the shipping fees to ship your return/refunded order back to us. The original shipping costs are non-refundable

      Product Information

      The colors of our products may vary depending on your screen type, color settings, and light settings so we cannot guarantee color accuracy. All of the products featured on our website are professionally photographed to display colors as accurately as possible.

      Product restocks are usually bi-weekly as long as there are no shipping or inventory issues. If you are curious about a product's stock, please email us at support@jennybs.com with the subject "stock inquiry [product name]" 

      We are currently working hard to add our vast selection that is available in stores to our online store. To add more products online, we are making more space in our warehouses and ordering more inventory.
